Billing Policies
Most of our hosting customers are automatically billed on a monthly basis. Billing begins at signup, and customers are re-billed on the monthly anniversary of their sign up.
For customers electing to pay bi-annually or annually, an invoice will be sent 15 days before payment is due; payment is not made automatically.
These methods ensures that billing and payment operations happen smoothly; neither the customer nor HostIdea are inconvenienced.
Non-Recurring Billing
For customers that do not wish to have automatic payment, non-recurring payment may be set up for quarterly, bi-annual, or annual accounts; this is the default option for such accounts. All monthly accounts must be billed automatically.
Refund PoliciesWe're so confident that you'll be happy with your hosting services that we offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all monthly accounts. If you sign up with us and are unhappy with the service within 60 days of signup, we will refund 100% of your money.
You may cancel your service at any time, however we are not able to give pro-rated refunds for partial months service. Please see below for further cancellation information.
Accounts terminated for abuse of our acceptable use policies or other terms, conditions, and guidelines are not eligible for a refund of any form, and may be held liable for damages resulting from the violation of these agreements. TheIdeaWeb may elect to discontinue service a customer for a variety of other reasons; in these situations we will refund any leftover fees deemed applicable.
No refunds are available for domain registration services; billing for registrations is done through our registrar partner, Registration Services.
CancellationsAs with almost any service, to cancel and stop billing you must first inform us of your intention to discontinue services. If no indication of cancellation is received, we will continue to bill you for services, and will hold you responsible for payment.

If necessary, cancellations can also be sent via postal mail.
