guarantee, it is important to your own satisfaction.
- A reason must be given for cancellation to be eligible for this offer. The
following cancellation reasons are excluded from refunds: "found
a cheaper host" or "no longer need hosting". The
money-back guarantee is intended to ensure that our customer are
happy with services, not as a method of obtaining free hosting.
- Any customer requesting a refund will be asked to complete a short
survey to help us better our services for the future. The survey
is required, however the refund does not depend on
any answer in the survey.
- Customers who have their services terminated due to violating our
Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for this offer or any form
of refund or compensation.
- Customers who receive free domain registrations with their hosting account are eligible for this offer, however $10 will be retained from their refund to cover the costs of the domain registration.
