All of our servers are running CentOS Linux 4.x, kept up-to-date with the latest security patches, fixes, and upgrades.
Do you have a control panel? What is it? Can I see a demo?
Absolutely. We use a customized version of the Ensim Webppliance Pro control panel. You can see a functional demo version of the control panel here. Our panel is slightly different in appearance, but has identical functionality.
Can I use (insert software name here) with your web hosting services?
99.9% of the time, the answer to this question is yes. Our servers have updated versions of PHP, MySQL, Perl, and many, many Perl modules. If we are missing a module you need, we can install it upon request. Of course, any software used must stay within the guidelines of our Acceptable Use Policy; no spamming, no hacking, no illegal activities, etc.
Can I send unsolicited bulk e-mail (spam) from your servers?
no. No. NO.
What kind of server hardware are you using?
Our servers vary in configuration, as we buy additional servers as needed. All servers utilize a minimum of a 2.8GHz multi-threaded processor and have at least 1GB of RAM. Only the best, stable hardware is used when building our web server machines, and we routinely upgrade our machines to keep them on the cutting edge.
